N0 Local is local-first, not offline-only. Documents are processed locally for the app workflow, while licensing and support use online services.

License and access

N0 Local is licensed, not sold. N0 Local Founding Access — $79 before tax is an Early Access Windows desktop software license.

  • Paid workflow features may require activation with a license key and buyer email.
  • License key is sent to the buyer email, and the same buyer email is required for activation.
  • N0 Local Founding Access — $79 before tax. Taxes may be added by Paddle at checkout.

Feature scope

Some basic app features may be available without paid activation. Paid workflow features require an active license.

  • Workspace, document workflow, OCR, AI editing, and export features may require paid access.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
  • N0 Local may depend on local AI runtimes/models selected or installed by the user, and those runtimes/models may have their own terms.

Paddle and online services

Paddle handles payment, taxes, receipts, and buyer payment processing.

Restrictions
