This notice is intentionally simple for Early Access buyer clarity and Paddle verification.
Local document workflow
N0 Local is local-first. Documents added to the app are processed locally on the user’s computer for the app workflow.
- N0 Local helps users attach documents, ask questions about them, save useful outputs, assemble drafts, edit text, use OCR for scanned PDFs, and export documents.
- N0 Local does not upload user documents to a hosted AI service for document processing as part of the local workflow.
Not offline-only
N0 Local is local-first, not offline-only. Network services are used for licensing, trial checks, activation, payment processing through Paddle, update checks, support, and license email delivery.

Paddle payments
Paddle processes payment and buyer data under Paddle’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Paddle handles payment and tax.
- N0 Local Founding Access — $79 before tax.
- Taxes may be added by Paddle at checkout.
Activation and support
License activation may use buyer email, license key, app version, entitlement status, and device/license state.
- License key is sent to the buyer email.
- Same buyer email is required for activation.
- Support requests may include information the user chooses to send.
No hidden analytics
N0 Local does not use hidden analytics in the desktop app. These public verification pages do not add analytics.
